Ethos...
Bikes are meant to be ridden, and ridden often. Tall and skinny for tight curves and splitting lanes, built by the rider, for the rider, Beat up, nasty, dirty, stripped down, Putting brand new parts on is cowardly. Riding together cause we are addicted to it.

Who?
Just a Chopper and Car Club who are into the same types of things, we are not a MC, you cant ask to be part of this, WE CLAIM NO TURF.. We are a bunch of mates that drink, wrench, ride, drive n generally verbally abuse each other....
Ruiners Inc. are part of the Club Permit Scheme.

Ruiners Inc. acknowledge that the Club Permit Scheme (CPS) is a privilege and intend to adhere to the spirit of the Scheme. Infractions by members that bring the club into disrepute or jeopardise the club's continued participation in the CPS will not be tolerated. The penalty will be a refusal to sign your renewal and the loss of your Club Permit.
Vehicles and motorcycles will be assessed by the club Safety Officer to ensure they do not pose an unacceptable risk to their owners, passengers and other road users. The Safety Officer's opinion and judgement is final, and no discussion will be entered into.
In order to assist members in preparing a vehicle or motorcycle for a Club Permit, the following guidelines are offered:
1. The vehicle or motorcycle must have completely functional steering, brakes and suspension. These should be maintained or prepared to meet the standards to which they were produced by the manufacturer. Fitting components that improve steering, braking or suspension performance is encouraged. Modifications that make a vehicle or motorcycle perform worse than the manufacturer intended will most likely be unacceptable.
2. The vehicle or motorcycle should not leak any fluids. Old machines weep oil from joints. This is acceptable. A visible trail of fluid behind the vehicle or motorcycle is unacceptable.
3. "Wear and tear" items should be good condition. This includes brake pads or shoes, rubber bushes and boots, hoses and harnesses, drive belts and tyres. These items will be inspected prior to first issue of a Club Permit.
4. Lights, where fitted, should be functional. Improved headlights and tail lights are encouraged.
5. It is the sole responsibility of the vehicle or motorcycle owner to maintain their machine in a safe condition while it is operating under a Club Permit. If you need help to do your own maintenance, ask your fellow club members for assistance.
These guidelines will be updated from time to time to inform our members.
